Chloe Franklin has been a member of the Great Bridge High School color guard staff since 2019, bringing a wealth of competitive performing experience and a genuine passion for developing young artists. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies with a concentration in Organizational Communication from James Madison University, where her leadership and performance abilities flourished both in and out of the classroom.
As a performer, Chloe’s résumé reflects the highest levels of the marching arts. She performed with the Cadets World Class Drum & Bugle Corps out of Allentown, Pennsylvania during the 2019 season — one of the most storied and prestigious organizations in the activity. At James Madison University, she was a proud member of the Marching Royal Dukes Color Guard and the JMU Nuance Open Winterguard, where she rose to serve as a captain, demonstrating the leadership qualities she brings to her work at Great Bridge.
In 2023, Chloe completed the Disney College Program, an experience that further developed her skills in hospitality, guest experience, and professional communication. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Hospitality, Tourism, and Event Management at the University of Florida, continuing to grow as both an educator and a professional.
Chloe’s combination of elite performance experience, academic accomplishment, and natural ability to connect with students makes her an invaluable part of the Great Bridge color guard program.
